Putting Energetic Protection Around Yourself

Hello Magical Friends,

This is one of the most important parts of my day. I start every morning by placing an energetic bubble of protection around myself and it allows me to welcome in the good, and shield myself from anything negative. I imagine it like a soapy iridescent bubble that is slippery and beautiful. I also recommend this technique if you are going to be around people you know who are energetically draining or in situations that you feel that you are out of your element.

It’s incredibly easy and incredibly important! I hope you will try it yourself.
