Leading a Spring Intuitive Retreat

For the last several years my business partners and I have held a spring retreat for our clients. This year we changed the format and focused on connecting with our individual intuitive abilities and creativity. It felt like a very comfortable fit for me because of my intuitive work and the personal journey I have been on for the past few years. We invited anyone who was willing to give themselves an entire weekend of self care and energy expansion in new directions.

The women who participated were open, vulnerable and honest in their experiences throughout each part of the retreat. We moved through intuitive exercises, dream analysis, creative art expression, yoga, meditation, and movement. It was beautiful to witness the work that was being done and to witness the transformations that happened for many. At the end of the workshop we were all in agreement that we had found the connection and community of like minded women we had all been yearning for in our lives. We also committed to creating another retreat in the fall to bring this group back together so we can recharge and reconnect.

I encourage anyone who is considering going away for a retreat to just do it. Getting out of your routine and letting yourself be surrounded by others on a similar journey is magical. We all deserve self care and time away for ourselves. Let someone guide you through transformational exercises, let someone teach you lessons you are ready to learn, and be open and willing to make new friends. Let yourself be vulnerable and willing to accept things that you need to hear just as you need to hear them. Isn’t that what we all want anyway?
